Today I decided for a more leisurely tour through Jaunschlucht.

Parking Broc
About 50m to the right after the village exit
Broc direction Charmay.

There a forest path follows the Jaunbach past cosy places and grill places, which invite to stay. The path winds its way up through the romantic gorge over wooden bridges, through tunnels and rock galleries to the imposing dam wall of Montsalvens and the lake of the same name. We follow the left shore for a while and then look for a nice place directly at the water where we can cool down. Who would like, can continue the tour also around the lake. Indira and I go back the same way after a longer break. Through the gorge is mandatory leash (at the waterfall, the leash was removed only for photo purposes).
