Bettmersee circular route

This route starts at the top station Riederalp Mitte and leads you at the beginning through the picturesque mountain village. First follow the hiking trail to Bettmeralp and as soon as possible to Bettmersee. The trail leads briefly through a cow pasture and then along the forest to a cowshed, which already marks the top of the trail. At the same altitude you now walk to Bettmersee, where the cool water and much more awaits you. A shallow natural paddling pool offers the ideal opportunity to enjoy the water safely with children. At the end of the lake there is a small restaurant, as well as fireplaces of the Swiss family, which offer something for every taste. Once you have had enough, follow the path through the holiday village of Bettmeralp to the entrance of Riederalps, from where the same road as at the beginning leads back to the mountain station Riederalp Mitte.
