Muttenz-Pratteln

The Muttenz - Pratteln wine trail can be started from Muttenz or Pratteln. It is well signposted, so that you don't really need a mobile phone for navigation.

In Muttenz there is an interesting vine educational trail with many informative signs about the vines and the grapes. Once you reach the top of the vines, you have a beautiful view. After the Egglisgraben, you have to be a bit careful on the Schauenburgstrasse, because you have to walk a bit on the road there and the cars are not exactly slow. The next lookout point can be reached by a small detour and is also marked accordingly at the vines in Pratteln. This viewpoint is called Panorama vom "Hagebächli" and offers a view of Pratteln and the Chrischona opposite. In Pratteln another highlight awaits you, namely Pratteln Castle.
