Sternenberg circular route

From the train station, take a narrow path along the hiking trail towards Schindlet/Höchstock. Uphill through the Hundschilen (ravine) you can catch a short but wide view. Once out of the forest, the trail leads over a field landscape to the road, which you cross to follow the hiking trail towards Höchstock/Sternenberg. Once back on the field path, the trail leads straight to the Höchstock, where you can decide for or against a 3km extension. Either you walk through a smaller ravine past waterfalls and fireplaces or you continue to Sternenberg from where you walk along the Lettenbach down to Akau's farm. Here the two paths merge again. It follows a hardly used road down to the Töss, where the path turns right after the bridge and one encounters many possibilities to cool off two and four legs and to linger a while. Between the tracks and the Töss, the path goes straight on to Bauma station.
