Palfries top station - Sennis spa house - bottom station

From the valley station Palfries you can comfortably get the first meters of altitude behind you and already comes into the amazement. It is important to book the Palfries cable car online at www.seilbahn-palfries.ch, also mention there how many dogs are travelling with you so that there is enough space in the gondola. Arrived at the top the view is gigantic in clear weather over the Walensee. But also during our hike with fog sea at the beginning also wonderful. On a comfortable hiking path/mountain path, one then goes to the Kurhaus Sennis that is reached in approx. 3 hours. Attention there is no forest up to Sennis therefore in summer only in the early morning to recommend. If you don't want to walk down from Sennis you can book the round tour Sennis at the valley station. A bus shuttle runs from Sennis back to the valley station. You can also walk back down from there, which takes about 2.30 hours. On the way there are some very nice huts with catering. A real pleasure hike.
