Bergün - Preda - Lai-da-Palpuogna

Our tour starts in the historic mountain village of Bergün. The train ride alone is an experience in itself.

Accompanied by the Unesco World Heritage route of the Räthische Bahn, we can't get out of our amazement. This dreamlike nature of golden larch forests, bridges over little brooks and paths high above ravines in constant change is truly unique. Three times we walk under the sky-high viaducts.

The most beautiful places invite us to stay and barbecue with a view of the surrounding mountains - a dream. The first snow, which covered the landscape with sugar on this day, gave the autumnal colors a special touch.

With already so many beautiful moments we arrive at the Lai da Palpuogna. The reflection is tremendous, a natural spectacle. We walk around the lake and enjoy every moment before the bus brings us back to Bergün.

A great tour, which we recommend especially in spring and autumn. In summer there are some pastures to cross.
