Start in Hemberg where there is free parking at the community center. There you will also find many signposts. We walk (signpost H6 in Hemberg) up to the Temple of Solomon where we walk through the fascinating landscape of the nature reserve. There is no temple in the strict sense, but the mystical beauty of nature. Woods and clearings alternate. We walk a little further on the circular trail H6 to the signpost and turn off there towards Krummenau.

On a root pledge we walk through the forest and at the end of the forest the view opens up to the Churfirsten, whose seven peaks draw a striking line to the horizon. Further on it goes down to Bendel ,where you can see the rest. stars is very hospitable and likes to stop in to strengthen itself, until it goes further down to Krummenau. Shortly before Krummenau we turn off at the signpost towards Ebnat Kappel through a beautiful forest path and arrive at the height of Horben then up to the main road down where we have to walk a bit and then cross it at the underpass and continue towards Ebnat Kappel along the wild Thur (in Ebnat Kappel you can also take the train to Wattwil) to Wattwil where we take the bus back to Hemberg.
