Sandra with Fenja and Flower (from 02.07.18):

Again and again this ravine changes and exactly this attracts me to visit this ravine again and again.

So I could enjoy this Monday with Fenja and Flower the whole tour until Schuders in the early morning hours.

We parked in Schiers. First we passed the still quiet gravel pit and shortly after that I gave the two dogs their first splashing break. A little bit of surefootedness of dogs and humans is an advantage in this ravine to get to the water. Soon we reached the big grill place. Up to here one might drive with the PW. And there is a big hut of the municipality of Schiers for rent.

Leaving these first 2,5 km with only a slight incline behind us we continued our belly run, sometimes louder, sometimes quieter from the water noise, towards the big Scheri. In warm weather there absolutely in the before it flat piece the dogs again extensively in the water let. After that follows a part of the way a bit elevated and away from the creek.

Quickly we 3 reach the hiking junction where it would also be possible to hike to St.Antönien (attention suspension bridge). But our destination on this day was Schuders, which we quickly reached from there and really enjoyed the view.

There is public transport from there 3x! a day down to Schiers. So, clarify well :-). And if you want to do the tour the other way round, please follow the signpost to Salfsch first.

For inexperienced backwards drivers with a car I highly recommend public transport :-). At the moment it's only possible to stop for refreshments from Thursday to Sunday.
