Perfect round trip after the drive from Zurich to Valais.
We parked at the school (1.-/2h) and started from there towards the Felsenkirche (you can see it right away). From here follow the signs to Suonenweg NIWA.
After a steep ascent and a short crossing of a yak pasture we arrived 'up' at a small waterfall and followed the Suonenweg. Just great!
Loona enjoyed walking in the water and drinking again and again.
After about 50min the Suonenweg ends in St. German from where we walk back to Raron. Through the vineyards with a beautiful view and also here you can find water (brook and well) again and again. We both enjoyed it very much.
Afterwards we made our way to Bürchen and the Hotel Ronalp.
Super nice and pretty and with a member card dogs are free of charge.
