Hike to the Waldhaus Kandersteg

From the station, everything can be followed along Lötschberg Panoramaweg 56. From the Sunnbühl valley station, the Restaurant Waldhaus with its own hiking trail is then indicated. To choose the somewhat more challenging and steeper route, follow it. Alternatively, the route can also be taken as a simple walk, following the main road, which later becomes a mountain road and meanders broadly and pleasantly along the rocks until you reach the hiking trail at the top. Both paths lead over a wooden bridge into a fairytale forest. The Kander calms down here and becomes a gentle playmate until finally another bridge has to be crossed to reach the Restaurant Waldhaus and its down-to-earth offerings.
