Canovasee

Whether as a day trip, short afternoon cooling off or at San Bernardino - traffic jam a short break would like, a visit to the Canova lake is always worthwhile. The entrance fee for adults is CHF 4.50 per pupil CHF 2.00 and for dogs a voluntary contribution of CHF 1.00. Free parking, toilets and changing rooms are available. The rear half of the lake is reserved for dogs and there is no leash requirement. A really great place to relax and enjoy. If you still have some time (and are hungry) you should definitely visit the nearby Oberjuvalt Castle. The approx. 400 steps are definitely worthwhile to be tasted by Marlise Lötscher and her team. Dogs are also allowed here. But please note that the rooms are very small and there are no great possibilities to avoid them.
