The start is at the well-known après-ski venue "Bolgen Plaza", not far from Davos Platz station. From here, the start is flat to the valley station of the "Carjöler" chairlift, which transports winter sports enthusiasts up the Jakobshorn. From here the trail climbs for a few metres to a small hill above the "Hof" settlement, from where it then descends slightly to the Brüchweg. Here you will find the rustic Islen restaurant, with fine Grisons specialities and a sunny terrace, a visit is always worthwhile. After a short or longer rest, the Landwasser is crossed and the cross-country ski run leads from here always slightly downwards along the river for about one kilometre to Davos Frauenkirch. There is a bus station right next to the trail, which brings cross-country skiers back to Davos Platz in comfort. For more fit runners there is also the possibility to take the cross-country skis back to the starting point.
