From Nadine, Chantal & Larissa (with city dog pack) from 11.02.19:
From the parking lot Mittelalbis we start our hike. Important to know that there are only parking places for 20 cars, but then you can walk along a car-free road to the Albishorn.
The path is well signposted and we are the only people far and wide in the snowy winter wonderland. We followed the sign 'Albishorn' along the road until we reached the top. But the ascent is very pleasant. On the way there are luckily always Robidogs, which makes us happy because we have more dogs than some others. The path is absolutely suitable for prams and there is no leash obligation up to the restaurant, which made our dogs very happy. The way does not lead through the forest but only short sections along the edge of the forest. The weather is not really playing along, but when we arrive at the restaurant (dogs allowed) the sun blinks at us and we enjoy a wonderful panorama. The wonderful view reaches as far as Zug, Lake Zug and even a Spitz of Lake Lucerne. Wonderful! With this view and a smile on our faces we enjoy the descent back to our Dogmobiles. All our dogs were super happy and so were we! Great, short hike which is rewarded with a lot of views!
