Ursula Frick is 53 years old and lives in Spiegel near Bern. As a qualified nurse HF she worked for 26 years in an acute hospital and then for 4 years in a competence centre for dementia patients. She is also a housewife and mother of three grown-up children.

Eight years ago her dog Gerry joined the family. Since she spends a lot of time with him, they are perfectly attuned to each other and know each other very well.
