The hike leads from Arosa train station through the village to Innerarosa. From there it goes uphill over beautiful alpine meadows, through which streams regularly flow where the dogs can cool off.
The Alp Arosa is highly recommended at about the halfway point: this restaurant offers excellent culinary delights.

The route continues to the middle station of the mountain railroad, where the Bärenland is located. The descent through the beautiful Arlenwald forest begins here. At the end, the route leads through the squirrel forest back to Arosa. Important: please keep your dogs on a lead. The squirrels are very trusting and dogs that want to "play" and hunt are rather out of place there.

Depending on the time of year, there may be cows on the alpine pastures, but these were still separated by a fence. Nevertheless, you always have to cross power fences and it can't be ruled out that there might still be cows in the way.

As Arosa is also popular with mountain bikers, there are correspondingly many riders on the trails. However, everyone was very considerate and if you show consideration for each other, there are no problems.
The hike is worthwhile for anyone who would like to do something easier, but still doesn't want to miss out on the beautiful mountain panorama.
