Sandra with the dogs Dudinka and Dunja (from 19.07.20):

After I parked the car at the valley station of the cable car (parking column was covered) I decided to make a small detour through the village. But soon I reached the hiking trail and we 3 enjoyed to feel the natural street under our feet.

Again and again there were places to give the dogs a paddle. We also passed three nice barbecue spots before the path became a hiking trail. Thanks to my early start at 8.30 a.m. there were still very few people on the way and we always had shadow sections for the ascent.

The first short lattice bridge can be easily avoided by the dogs.
From my point of view we reached the point Frisal almost too fast. There we allowed ourselves a proper break before we crossed the almost 2.5 meter long second lattice bridge.

Then I found, came the most beautiful part of the way. First of all, overcoming a short and tidy ascent, it is always worth looking back.

Afterwards I followed the path in slight descent towards Alp Nova/ Brigels.

To my surprise there was a hint for Ice Tea at Alp Nova, one was a blast!

After the Alp I followed the steeper descent to Chischarolas. Here I met some people, but crossing them was no problem at all.

Passing the barbecue areas again we soon reached Brigels again. Only this time we went directly to the parking lot. So you have a nice view to the reservoir where I gave my 2 girls a final bath.

The Alptiere were on the upper pastures. I think July is a perfect time for this tour. The dogs on the drag line can sniff a lot and there are always possibilities to let them drink from the creeks.

We will surely come back soon :-)
