Water traps circular hike

Arrived on top of the water trap we start left and pass the rope park. On the gravel path we go up. After a few bends we pass the Seminarhotel Wasserfallen. We continue on the gravel path and soon we come to a large barbecue area with a huge bench and a beautiful view of game!
Continue on the gravel path. At the next crossroads, turn right uphill towards Hinteri Egg, the highest point in Canton Baselland. Follow the path including a left bend. The hiking signposts are very helpful on this tour. The highest point of the canton BL / the Hinteri Egg can be reached via a narrow path off the route. Continue to the next great viewpoint, the "Chellenköpfli". Cross the meadow, turn right and you will reach the edge of the cliffs on a zigzag path. Finja and I followed the signpost to the top station Wasserfallen. At the next crossing we turned left. Follow the path and after another right turn, you are a little above the mountain inn Hintere Wasserfallen. After a short descent you will reach the mountain inn and can stop there if you like. From there it is not far back to the top station. Although the hike is over, there are several ways to get back to the valley station:

1. Take the cable car down
2. Hike down (the Jägerweg is said to be very beautiful!)
3. You can scoot down in summer or sledge down in winter
