The Columned Grotto is an old sandstone quarry and is located in the Husertwing forest area above the Rüttimatten swimming pool.

I parked at the very back of the parking lot near the Badi, so we could cross the road immediately. The way to the Column Grotto is not marked, but you can't miss it too much.

Follow the wide dirt road and at the first junction keep left and there you are. The pillar grotto can also be reserved for events etc. via the municipality.

In combination with a hike / walk, the Column Grotto is definitely worth a visit.
