Dogs can move freely. However, the general duty of care also applies in these areas (Dog Act Art. 9 ff). Cyclists, joggers, walkers or other people seeking relaxation should remain untroubled. On the other hand, there is a general tolerance for non-dog-owners towards dogs running free. Provocative behaviour should be avoided on all sides. If necessary, dog-owners should call their animals to them. Throughout the entire Allmend Brunau there is a duty to take in dog excrement. Throwing away and leaving the excrement bags is prohibited everywhere (Dog Law Art 13). They can be disposed of in the normal waste bins.
